We worked with Jason most of the time. He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and very transparent. It took us several months of looking to find the right place as it was a bit of a shifting time in the market and inventory was low for our price point. Jason, John & Travis were phenomenal in the process. We were not very familiar with the area as Oregon transplants. We were able to tell them exactly what our needs were and they delivered. Actually, Jason hit it out of the park and we are so happy with our new place!!!! Jason followed up with us a couple times after we moved in just to make sure everything is good. Jason & the Bishop team are the very best. The rest of the family now has a fantastic group to help them find their new home. If I could rate them above 5 stars I most definitely would. Hands down, they went to work for us, for real! Travis was our personal contact however, at one point or another, we met all three guys and could tell that the same work ethic is solid on this team. Travis spent a lot of time meeting our needs, answering our questions, and making sure we not only understood what was happening but also that we had the very best treatment throughout the process. And if anything was off (😉this was our third home buying experience and when is there not some minor challenges when buying a home) Travis was on it to make sure it was corrected and back in our favor asap! And their recommendations! They recommend only the most competent . They let their recommendations know they expect the best for their clients and they hold them to it. 100% recommend!

From the very beginning they were friendly and professional, looking after our every need. Given that we were moving from another part of the country, this was not easy, and yet they made it look easy. They were our eyes and ears in Battle Ground, ensuring the construction of our home went as planned, providing photographs, advocating on our behalf with the builders, and offering additional help. They followed up on every detail, resolving issues and identifying ones we would have missed. There were lots of problems getting it ready to sell and during the process. John went far and beyond what would be expected. He worked though each of the problems quickly and professionally. Working with John, Jason and Travis was the best realtor experience I have ever had.. Especially after I had always been an FSBO kind of guy. They were able to allow me to purchase and live in my current dream home. Then, they sold my previous home in record time (less than 10 days). They kept in contact with me continuously. Having said that, it truly could not have worked out any better. They helped my wife and I find the most ideal home/location combo with the best possible experience as we were moving from out of state. We loved how both would make a priority of inspecting the house for quality vs the typical realtor walkthrough and always be on top of any question/concern either of us had during the 4 months of the hunt. ! They are very honest, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. We were in need of a property that would work for ourselves and our parents. They were willing to show us many properties over many, many months - and were so patient, even when an inspection on a property we made an offer on went horribly wrong and we had to walk away and start from scratch. It was obvious that they were not just working for a commission, they were working to make US happy - and they didn't stop until we were. We have finally found THE home and property that works for us - but they don't stop there. As we are new in the area, they were willing to recommend many different contractors that we were in need of- electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. Every one of the people/companies that they have recommended are wonderful, honest and fair. We were very impressed with the research he would do of the areas surrounding houses we were looking at, as well as the details he’d point out while walking through a house that we would have missed for sure. He has good working relationships with all of the realtors in the area, was always quick to respond and was just an all around great guy to work with.
